Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location. Western Europe typically receives orders within 4–8 business days. Southern Europe and other regions may take 7–14 business days. All orders include free shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a personal tracking link. Allow 2–3 business days for the tracking to update after dispatch.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries across Europe. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us at support@gizado.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@gizado.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Simply email us to start the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and length measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What is the quality of your clothing?
Every Gizado piece is crafted from premium, carefully sourced fabrics. We obsess over fit, fabric weight, and finish — designing pieces that hold their shape and feel wash after wash.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.
