We stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked, no hassle.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- Returned in original or equivalent packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will unfortunately not be accepted for return.
How to Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@gizado.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
- Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your item for a full refund and place a new order.
