Free Shipping on Every Order

At Gizado, we believe great clothing should arrive at your door without extra costs. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders across Europe — no minimum, no exceptions.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 4–7 business days
  • France, UK, Austria, Switzerland: 5–8 business days
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 8–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking information to fully update in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@gizado.com.
